Broughton RUFC COVID-19 Guidance
Remember to stay socially distanced at all times but especially during heavy exertion when training, 6 maximum per pod, 4 pods maximum per pitch.
- NO close physical contact
- NO hand shaking
- NO huddles
- NO touching face
- NO sharing water bottles
- Wash hands with soap and water prior to going on field
- Sanitise hands regularly during training
- Use disposable towels to wipe sweat of face & dispose of in provided bins
- Clean all equipment prior & after use
